These terms cover your use of Crazy Gooze: the gallery, the Studio and the AI tools. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Who we are
Crazy Gooze is run by Crazy Gooze Ltd (placeholder), company number 00000000, registered office address. You can reach us at hello@crazygooze.com.
Your account
- You need to be 18 or over, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings, Profile.
Credits and Pro
- AI tools use credits. Each tool shows its cost before it runs. If a job fails, its credits come back.
- Pro is a monthly subscription. It renews each month until you cancel, and you keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Refund policy for bought credits and Pro (placeholder)
- Payments are taken by our payment provider (Stripe) once payments are switched on. We never see your full card number.
What you make
- Pictures you make or download come with our licence. As far as the law allows, you own what you make in the Studio.
- You keep the rights to anything you upload. You give us permission to store it and process it to run the service for you, including sending it to our AI providers when you use an AI tool on it.
- Only upload pictures you have the right to use.
- AI pictures are marked as AI-made in the files you download. Do not remove or hide that to mislead people.
What is not allowed
Do not use Crazy Gooze to make or share anything that is unlawful, sexual content involving minors, sexual content of real people without consent, hateful, harassing, violent or extremist, or designed to deceive (for example fake documents or impersonating real people or brands). We check prompts, uploads and comments automatically and may refuse a request, remove content or close an account that breaks these rules.
Sharing and comments
A view-only link lets anyone who has it see that project or frame. You can turn links off at any time. Comments are visible to everyone with the link.
The service
- We work to keep Crazy Gooze running, but AI results vary and the service may sometimes be unavailable or change.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Check this with a solicitor (placeholder)
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change applies.
